Book your December date early
December is the busiest month for holiday entertainment around New York, and Friday nights in mid-December go first. If you have a date, send us a quote request in the fall. Venues book up for the same weekends, so lock in the room and the ride together.
Include the venue address, room size and guest count, and we can tell you quickly if the reindeer fits and if your night is open.
What your rental includes
Every rental comes delivered, set up and run by a trained operator. We bring the ride, the padded inflatable corral and the safety mats, run it for your booked hours, then take it all down and haul it away.
Indoors is the easy option in winter. For outdoor bookings our operator watches for cold, wet ground and early sunset, and riders in heavy coats or boots may be asked to drop a layer or change shoes before they ride.
Setting the holiday scene
The reindeer does half the decorating already. Add string lights around the ring, a fake snow mat at the entrance and a holiday playlist, and the ride becomes the heart of the party. At an office event, a short reindeer games contest with silly prizes, like a paper crown for the longest ride, gets even the quiet team members involved.
Holiday crowds are mixed, so our operator runs gentle rides for kids and older guests and saves the harder settings for the late contest. Add a photo booth nearby so everyone gets a picture, riders or not. Hotels and restaurants will want our footprint and power needs early, and we send them over as soon as you book.
Questions people ask
Is the reindeer as hard to ride as a bull?
It can be at higher settings, but our operator controls the speed. Most holiday events keep it fun rather than fierce.
Can it be part of a Santa photo setup?
Yes. Keep the photo spot close but outside the ring, so the ride line and the Santa line do not tangle.
What about drinks at office parties?
Our operator refuses anyone who seems impaired, and waivers are standard. Riders ride at their own risk. See the safety page, then get a quote before December fills up.
