- Event date, start time and how many hours of ride time you want
- Venue address
- Indoors or outdoors, plus floor space and ceiling height if you know them
- Access notes: stairs, elevators, loading dock, parking and load-in window
- Guest count and rough age range
- The rides you want, plus any games or add-ons
- Anything your venue asks vendors for
What your quote covers
Your rental includes delivery, setup, the ride, the inflatable safety mat, a trained operator for your booked hours and takedown at the end. If your event needs anything extra, such as a long carry, extra hours or a tent, we spell it out on your quote so there are no surprises on the day.
