How it plays

The target is a large ringed board, dressed up with a western look. Players stand at a marked line and fire a set number of shots, often with sticky or foam balls that stay where they hit. Add up the rings and you have a score.

Because hits stay on the board, everyone watching sees exactly how good, or how bad, each round was. That's what makes it fun at a party.

What your rental includes

We deliver the target, projectiles and any blasters the game uses, set it up with a clear firing lane and take it away at the end. We confirm on your quote whether it needs power and whether an attendant comes to reset the board. If your venue has rules about toy blasters, check before you book.

How it differs from our other galleries

The western shooting gallery is a scene full of pop-up outlaws, so it's fast and noisy. The bullseye version is calmer and more about skill. That makes it a good pick for corporate events where you want a clear winner, or for groups with older guests who'd rather not chase moving targets.

Events it suits

  • Office parties, with best of three rounds and a prize for the top score
  • Team days, where each department's scores add up
  • A qualifier before the final round on the mechanical bull
  • Receptions and birthdays, as a low-key game at the edge of the room

Keeping score fairly

Agree the scoring before the first shot: how many shots each player gets, what happens when a ball lands on a line and how ties are broken. Write it on a board next to the target so nobody argues at nine at night.

A paper leaderboard works well, and a photo of the target after each high score makes a fun record. Running several games? Give each the same points scale so totals compare at the end. Pair it with conk the crow or the sombrero toss, then get a quote.
